Enter the Scurrywood Chronicles: Acorn Quest

Take a sneak peak into the instruction booklet to learn more about the story and gameplay of Acorn Quest:

Customization

Some of the game tiles that make up the maze of branches will include acorns. Those acorns have cartoon faces on them. The faces belong to members of YOUR family. We encourage inclusion of grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins if space permits. If you have a smaller family, consider including pets, or turn the game into a family history game by including ancestors (FamilySearch.com is a great way to find some of your ancestors if you don’t already have a long list). Ideally the game would include between 16 and 24 family members, but we’re happy to work with you if you have different requirements. Each acorn has a corresponding acorn card, which can also include some personal information if desired, like birthdays or any other facts/trivia you’d like to include.

If you already have cartoon versions of your family members, feel free to pass them along! If not, you can send us photos and we will craft custom cartoon faces for each person, approximating the art-style of Bill Watterson, creator of Calvin and Hobbes.
